In stock items normally ship immediately upon completed payment Monday through early Saturday (prior to 10:00 AM CST), excluding Holidays. Non-stock or Special order items normally ship within 24-48 hours. 

If paying by e-check, a delay of 3-4 days for clearing is possible prior to shipping. Personal and/or business checks may require 10 days or more to clear prior to shipping.

If we are unable to ship your product as specified we will refund your full purchase amount upon your request to cancel the purchase. If the product has been shipped prior to your notification to cancel, a restocking fee may apply. Special order product purchases cannot be cancelled, and are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are Actual USPS or UPS Rates based on the
calculated weight of your order plus insurance. Any excess shipping will be refunded.
