In stock items normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of completed payment Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Non-stock or Special order items normally ship within 48 hours. 

If paying by e-check, a delay of 3-4 days for clearing is possible prior to shipping. 

If we are unable to ship your product as specified we will refund your full purchase amount upon your request to cancel the purchase. If the product has been shipped prior to your notification to cancel, a restocking fee may apply. Special order product purchases cannot be cancelled, and are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are Actual UPS Rates based on the
calculated weight of your order plus insurance. Any excess shipping will be refunded.
