Any product returned to us for any reason must be received by us within 15 days of delivery to you. The returned product must be shipped to us insured with postage pre-paid, in the original, unopened factory packaging. A copy of our original sales receipt is required to be included with the product. We do not issue refunds or accept the return for refund any product or products which require installation and installation was attempted and/or completed. Electrical/electronic products and/or gauges are not returnable for a refund. All products are covered by the specific original manufacturer's warranty only. We do not offer a warranty of any type on any product other than what is specified in each product listing. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price plus all shipping/handling/insurance costs will apply to any returned product unless we specify otherwise on an individual basis. Shipping and handling fee's or costs are non-refundable. Special order products are non-refundable. If a product fails during manufacturer's original warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced solely by and through the specific original product manufacturer. All products we sell are covered only by the specific original manufacturer warranty and only per their terms and conditions as they may apply. Any product or products which fail to perform as specified should be returned to the specific original manufacturer as may be specified in their warranty terms, limitations and conditions. Please note that product substitutions may be made in an effort to get the product to the customer in the shortest time period. We will substitute a product only if in our view the substitution product is equal to or better than the product actually specified by part number in any given purchase. We will not substitute OEM manufactured parts (such as Mercruiser branded parts). We will substitute Sierra, GLM, CDI, Aqua Power, and etc. branded parts as may be required as we view these parts to be equal in quality and performance. Substitutions may be made based on the availability of a product based on the above conditions.
